Doha: The Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received Prime Minister of the State of Palestine H E Dr Mohammed Shtayyeh and his official delegation at the Amiri Diwan this morning.
At the beginning of the meeting, Palestinian Prime Minister briefed His Highness on the developments of the situation in Palestine and the attacks and violations of the rights of the Palestinian people by the Israeli occupation forces. He also thanked the Amir for Qatar’s permanent support for Palestine, especially with regard to the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip.
For his part, HH the Amir affirmed the State of Qatar’s firm stance towards the Palestinian cause and its support for the brotherly Palestinian people to achieve their legitimate national rights.
