WARM MILK WITH TURMERIC
Drinking warm milk before bedtime can not only fix erratic sleep patterns, but at the same time can gradually help in treating insomnia. This is due to the presence of a compound called Tryptophan, an amino acid that can promote relaxation in milk, which when combined with a dash of turmeric can improve sleep cycle and its anti-inflammatory properties enhance overall health and well being.
Instructions:
Heat a cup of milk and add a pinch of turmeric. Sweeten with honey if desired.
ASHWAGANDHA TEA
